Our counsellor is a Post Graduate in Project Management, worked on different Projects in India and abroad. He is also a professional Trainer in Occupational Health, Safety, Environment & Fire. According to him, majority of students could not even identify their strengths and weaknesses lying within them. Today’s youth is talented & hard working  but most of them  are not being guided properly at the right time specially while selecting the Stream ( Career Path ) as per their abilities, skills, talent and interests. 

As per the studies today, When a wrong career path is being selected by the student due to unawareness or unintentional misguidance results people working hard throughout their lives but still unsatisfied in their careers. Simply the reason behind, they had a potential and talent in one area of their interest but unfortunately selected a wrong career path ended up in a profession which is unproductive or unsatisfactory for him / her. This is the time a career counsellor helps in identifying skills, abilities, interests, strengths and weaknesses lying in an individual which helps in addressing challenges and shortcomings, set objectives & goals, push the abilities and more.
